I have a 25 priest hearthed in Shattrath. Makes it very easy to move between major cities that way.

Aldor:
 Mark of Kil'jaeden  25 rep   Adyen the Lightwarden, Aldor Rise, Shattrath
 Mark of Sargeras    25 rep   Adyen the Lightwarden, Aldor Rise, or
                              Harbinger Saronen, Altar or Shatar, SMV
 Fel Armament       350 rep   Ishanah, Aldor Rise 

Scryer:
 Firewing Signet     25 rep   Magistrix Fyalenn, Scryer Rise, Shattrath
 Sunfury Signet      25 rep   Magistrix Fyalenn, Scryer Rise, or
                              Battlemage Vyara, Sanctum of the Stars, SMV
 Arcane Tome        350 rep   Voren'thal the Seer, Scryer Rise

The Marks of Kil’jaeden or Firewing Signets can no longer be turned in after you reach Honored reputation. Turning in the Fel Armaments and Arcane Tomes also rewards you with Holy Dust or Arcane Runes that can be turned in at the faction quartermaster (found in the faction’s bank) for your choice of shoulder slot enchantments.

Don’t sell a Tome or Armament if you can’t use it - trade it 1:1 for the item you need - you’ll often hear this happening on global and trade chat.

Mine came from nomal mob in Manaforge coruu in netherstorm zone.
One dropped from a mob in firewing point. Must be a rare drop.
