As a 60 Mage allied with the Scryer’s, I just walked in and right up to here. Not sure if I just got lucky, but nothing attacked me (although, yes, we were hostile seeing as though all names were in red and my little pointer hand turned into a sword when I hovered over Aldor).

Confirmed. The Aldor no longer attack if you are aligned to the Scryers. Caylee Dak is friendly (green), and the guards are hostile (red) but leave you alone. I don’t know what happens if you attack one of them - I wasn’t brave enough to try! I got 6250 XP at level 64 for turning this in, which is OK considering all I had to do was hearth to Shatt and go up a lift.
