Ezekiel said the book has been stolen. Your best bet is to find the Ruffians and see if they have any information.

Description

Ramdor? Hrm, let me think… Ramdor… Oh yes, the death priest. What does he want with the book? Well it doesn’t matter. Yes I lied to you and no I don’t have the book. Not anymore, anyway. It was stolen. Probably by one of those filthy refugees.

Besides, Auchindoun is now defunct. We have no use for the book. If you find it, you can keep it.

Like I said, I saw some of those ruffians snooping around the terrace last week. Start your search with them. They’re probably playing dice in the slums.

Quest Help Notes

Quest: 10231

WEll I tried to do this solo and couldn’t thanks to game bugs. I sheep one of the junk adds and keep him and the other snared. Then I start to get that damn EVADE crap. OF course whiel they are evading my attacks I am still getting hit by them.

Second try I sheeped the elite and killed the 2 idiots. I then bandaged my health and used evocation to get mana back and took him on solo. Kept him away from the walls since that is when the evade bug seems to like to show up and was ok.

I did this quest with a 65 balance druid and a 66 holy priest. It was pretty easy, no near death experiences. We killed his little buddies first and then fear bombed, and it went pretty smooth. The coords are infact 43,29 in the lower city, he can be a little hard to find because he is tucked away up in a little corner by a camp fire.

If you are chain-fearing as a Lock, make sure when he is near death you are in close proximity to him to complete the quest.

Did this quest at lvl 66, feral druid. And it was not easy. Killed be twice before I nailed him.

Larry is on the edge of the lower city in Shatt, he is to the right of the Aldor rise in the outter green belt, 44,27.

You walk up and he has a silver question mark over him, click on him and you get some text, one of which is bubble which has you ask him about the book. Guess, he gets upset and starts to count down, 3, 2, 1 and all three attack.

Larry is a lvl 66 elite, the other two are also 66, but not elite.

Tanked all three with bear, but got killed, they pound on you too much to drop out and heal. Second time I rooted Larry and went for his adds. Killed one and got the other half way down when Larry came after me. Figured I could tank two them, wrong, killed me again.

Last time, root Larry, kill an add, then root him again for good measure and killed the other add. Then heal. Larry by himself is still hard. Had to heal twice and use a healing pot. Used the pot when I ran out of mana, just enough to root him with very low health. Hit innervate, rooted again and healed. At this point DPSed him with cat because he was at around 20% and I was healed. LOL he still knocked the hell out of my cat but went down.

Good luck, not an easy quest to solo, but can be done. Druid power.
