Apparently Lionsgate and Twisted pictures are already being batteries to post SAW4. Here is a trailer of the underground production of the tape, with all the brands and long-time footage.
Two men awaken chained to an engine, both with stitches in his face, one in the eye and the other in the mouth. One can not see, hear the murmurs of someone yells to know who is receiving no response and begins to throw everything they found on the floor. The engine is still winding chain, and both are near each other.
It is clear that there is only one way out of this trap, in which one will die.
