Tony Stark is a billionaire industrialist and inventor, who has been kidnapped and is forced by his captors to design and build a new type of weapon. Secretly, Stark succeeds in building a mechanized armor and escapes. Upon returning to the United States discovers a sinister plan by which it is forced to lead a double life, to become Iron Man.
