As at 60 Mage allied with the Scryer's, I just walked in and right up to here. Not sure if I just got lucky, but nothing attacked me (although, yes, we were hostile seeing as though all names were in red and my little hand pointer turned into a sword when I hover over Aldor).

Confirmed. The Aldor no longer attack if you are aligned to the Scryers. Caylee Dak is friendly (green), and the guards are hostile (network) but leave you alone. I do not know what happens if you attack one of them - I was not brave enough to try! I got XP 6250 at level 64 for turning this in, which is OK considering all I had to do was to Shatt hearth-and-go up to lift.
